Aircontacts is a contact synchronization service designed for short-term rental hosts and property managers. The Service enables users to sync guest contact information from their property management systems to their mobile devices using CardDAV protocol.

The Service includes:

• Secure guest contact synchronization
• Integration with property management systems
• CardDAV server access for contact syncing
• Web portal for account management

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

When you upload guest contact information or other data to the Service, you grant Vaboma LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, store, and process such data for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from guests before uploading their information to our Service, and that you are in compliance with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to disclose your identity to any third party claiming that data you have uploaded violates their intellectual property rights or privacy rights. We also reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VABOMA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for access to the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vaboma LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Service.

15. Security and Prohibited Conduct

You must not misuse the Service by:

• Knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any related systems
• Performing denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or similar attacks
• Interfering with, damaging, or disrupting the Service, its servers, or related equipment
• Accessing or using the Service through automated means without authorization

If we determine that you have violated these security provisions, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account and pursue legal remedies. We may also report such breaches to relevant law enforcement authorities and cooperate with investigations. Your right to use the Service will cease immediately upon such breach.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses, malware, DDoS attacks, or other security threats that may affect your devices or data through your use of the Service.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vaboma LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
